prison. However, the accused pleaded
not guilty to the charges. The presiding judge, Mr Albert
Maga admitted the accused to bail
in the sum of N100,000 each and a
surety each in like sum.
Maga ordered that the surety
must be a traditional title holder with landed property and must
reside within the jurisdiction of the
court.
